The services we provide at Growth & Associates are pretty simple: sales enablement consulting services, training and development services, and executive coaching services. We also develop content (like blogs) associated with our services that you can view through our web site.


We collect information about your activity in our services, which we use to do things like create new content. The activity information we collect may include:

  • Views and interactions with our content
  • Purchase activity
  • Activity on third-party services that we use (WordPress and MailChimp)


The information we store is primarily your name and email, which you provide when you sign up to interact with us. We also receive information from our third-party services, which tell us the search terms you used, the country you are in, and the time/date that you interacted with us.


We use that data to make sure that our services are working as intended, such as providing content that matches your searches. And we use your information to make improvements to our services, such as changing tags and key words so that they are more easily found.


We never share you data with anyone outside of the Growth & Associates organization. And we follow all local laws regarding the storage and use of your personal information.
